LINK

Vision Statement:

Our vision is to equip leaders by helping them connect their everyday life with their leadership positions and to connect leaders from around the globe, so that together we can make an impact for God’s Kingdom in these last days.

Mission Statement:

LINK exists for the purpose of offering churches accountability built on a relationship that will link churches and ministries so that we can effectively train ministers, plant churches, and send missionaries in order that together we can fulfill The Great Commission.

Structure

∗ Provide oversight and insight in ministry, organization, and administration
∗ Provide assistance in incorporation matters and advise with staff, goal setting, etc.
∗ Provide training for leaders through Ambassador’s College, A non-accredited school of ministry.
∗ Provide a forum for establishing relationships with national and international ministries through annual conferences, monthly meetings, and quarterly fellowships.
∗ Each affiliate ministry retains its own autonomy, vision, board, staff, and location .
∗ This ministry is not designed to represent an exclusive relationship that prohibits association with other Christian denominations or ministry affiliations.
∗ Accountability is submitting to one another based on relationships that have been established.
∗ If the local minister has covering with LINK, restoration will also be a part of the oversight if the minister fails morally or spiritually.
∗ At the end of the fiscal year all ministers, churches, and ministries that have partnered financially in or with LINK, will receive a financial report detailing how much and what was spent.

Credentials for Ministers

LINK recognizes the need of anointed men and women of God to be certified, licensed, and ordained to preach and teach the Gospel and have their gifting to minister publicly acknowledged by the body of Christ. Some of those people are not a part of a traditional denominational structure and are therefore not able to receive credentials to preach and teach in that way.

For this purpose, LINK offers qualified candidates the opportunity to receive a “Christian Workers” certificate as well as a license and ordination to preach and teach. Such credentials from LINK shall serve to validate that the one who is credentialed has proven themselves to be a mature believer and has demonstrated a divine gifting to preach and teach the Gospel.

Legal and Financial Issues

1. LINK is not responsible for the legal or financial operations of any minister, ministry, or church affiliated with it. Competent legal and financial counsel is the responsibility of the individual minister, ministry, or church.

2. Under no circumstances whatsoever is membership in LINK to be understood to imply or infer an obligation on the part of LINK to financially support or assist any minister, ministry, or church.

Benefits and Responsibilities

∗ Identify, equip, and establish LINK leaders within geographic regions.
∗ Facilitate correction and restoration within Leadership Teams
∗ Provide a forum where networks and teams can appeal to LINK leadership regarding issues and concerns.
